The Adobe Shortcut App
Searches your Adobe products and list all the default and custom shortcuts you have added:

Fontpicker
Finds all the fonts installed on your machine then lists them. You type in what you had in mind then scroll through the list of fonts until you find the font that looks right with what you typed. It takes the guesswork out of picking fonts.
