Image size clarification please

This is a great image, no doubt, ngITSJq, but it's at 680 pix maximum. (I think I remembered that dimension right) so - is there a requirement for 1200 or not?
And I agree, it's a nice pic!

Is this one that got imported direct from SXC, and so by-passed the normal image review process?

Don't know whether there is a definitive way to check - clues presumably would be the presence of username on SXC, a whole load of images with the same upload time here on rgbstock, a new user on rgbstock....
