There are some photos that make me "inspired". Sometimes they are just beautiful or surprising, other time creative or somehow important. Let's share them! ;-)

Wow, great links, thanks !
I liked the Deviant art images. I loved the apple skull!
The creative pics are wonderful!!
The history pictures are important so we don't forget and not to let that happen again. Very interesting seeing them in colour. Kodachrome slides maybe?
Anything by Sebastião Salgado or Roy DeCarava
What about that?

That's well done. Droplet images are quite appealing if they're done well.
Inspiring cityscapes:

Michal, you're right. Wonderful cityscapes.
I agree! But I wish they had said where in the world they all are.
I can tell you the first large one is Brisbane. But it's old. And number seven looks like Brisbane, too. And not the last one, but the four before it are Brisbane, too, I'm pretty sure.
Warsaw, 1947. A biggest Polish city just after the second world war.

Another nice idea:

BTW: Dez, I am translating a book about Brisbane child retriever detective right now. Interesting stuff!
The war images are very good photos.
I laughed out loud at the giraffe!
Is the book fact or fiction, Michal? And is it written by an Australian?
True stories written by Keith Schafferius. First 50 pages are about retrieval in Poland in 1992. Funny to read how Australian seen Poland just after the communist regime.

And another inspiring shot. One shot!

Fabulous images!
I imagine the book would be fascinating from your perspective. Sometimes a lack of cultural appreciation causes misunderstandings or funny situations.
I once read a true story about a woman who went to live in China. She went shopping at a market and found a beautiful ornate vase, took it home, and asked the servants to put flowers in it. She wondered whay they were laughing. Turned out it was a urinal.
Heh, a nice story about China. Cultures seems so different!
Another bunch of fine images:

They're very arty, but I'm not sure I like some of them. I wish I had the talent, though!
3D Japan.

Jay, some of his images are excellent.
Michal, some of those are wonderful. The first one of the angels is really funny, and I love the plane passing over the high rise buildings.
What about those?
