My cloud picture was used in a contest: http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-picture/4b798cf74ce62/Games-People-Play.htm
There is a credit but the url was forgotten and could not be added anymore since the contest was closed. There is however a source link to the file on the bottom of the page to RGBStock.com. Every little bit helps ;-)
If you have files used or work to show please drop them here. I would love to see it!
I'll be turning 60 yrs old here pretty quick Sanja. Not sure I want to update my avatar with a more recent picture :)
I couldn't find a translation for that page Kevin. I was thinking it was an article more about the site than it was about hardware components.
I think it's about technology in general, Chris - hardware, software, you name it. Your motherboard image fits the bill very well.
Here is Google translation of the text-- it is about the site:
It is not always risk-free images to download from the net. After all, sometimes in breach of copyright will encounter outside the site. Not so in the following pages.
The so-called free images are not always free of charge, or at least not to be used for discretionary purposes, or watermarks csúfítják the photo.
The situation RGBStock the site where a lot of really free, high resolution photo images that you can download any purpose that is not limited to land use.

@ 530 I'm not far from 60 neither (a couple of years away) but I think it's a nice looking age.. a mature, experienced face... who could ask for more :)
Thank you for the translation.
I agree with you that it's a nice looking age.
Neither young looking or old looking but mature and experienced is a good description.
I feel a lot younger at heart than the date of birth my records show. :)
I wish I felt young... But I'm alive and kicking and glad to be awfully close to 60 myself. :o)
Here is a link to an image where the fellow has used Gabriel's and my images (mine was

and he has given great credits:

@535 Great link Dez!
Daniel Nering is a very talented composer and he has used a number of images from RGB Stock members for his track or album covers, including one of mine. He gives great credits every time.
Here's an idea: Do you think RGB Stock should have some sort of a gallery of links to websites of individuals who have given credit generously? It would demonstrate how valued RGB Stock is and would be a kind of quid pro quo way of saying thanks.
That's a thought, Kevin, but I'm not sure if it's practical. Some people give great credit but we never see the images personally. I'll talk to the powers that be about your suggestion.
I second #536's suggestion!
It would also serve as an example of the type of image usage that is allowed. (Because some blonde dimwits out there just don't have a clue!!)
; )
One of my images used in a book promo videoclip here:

And a nice credit, Kevin. Well done!
The person who used this cover image very kindly informed me. A nice credit on the last page. It's always really nice when people take the time to let us know how the pics are used, isn't it?

That's great Dez!
It's my impression that RGB Stock images are getting used in more and more diverse ways, including being transplanted as stills into moving media. Lots of creativity tapping into our stock!

Wonderfull
Very nice! We'll have to work on those "low skill" images. :o)
Very nice indeed!
The Morquefile photo is by Leroy Skalstad although a different name is attributed to the photo. Leroy says he has it posted on Morguefile but I am not sure that is his gallery.
Very good link to RGB Stock!
I'm a bit puzzled however by the article's inclusion of Flickr as if all the images on there are free to use as one wishes. They aren't! Most of them have at least some copyright restrictions. The author should really have pointed readers to the public domain category on Flickr (www.flickr.com/groups/publicdomain) or at least pointed out that many of the images on Flickr are licensed under one of the Creative Commons categories that do include some stipulations.

Nice one. It looks like we were added after the original article if you look at the dates on the comments and the number of photos available from us in the article.

A Kindle book cover from http://www.rgbstock.com/photo/nN73XNa.
Very good Dez.
It is this image istnt it? (without the dot (.) on the end of the URL)
http://www.rgbstock.com/photo/nN73XNa
Yes, thanks, Jay. I didn't notice the dot. :o)
I got a nice use here:
http://seniortravel.about.com/od/travelsafety/qt/Winter-Weather-Safety-Tips-For-Senior-Travelers.htm
though sadly without any link back to RGB stock.
@552 Nice one Colin! Though you would have thought that an organization like About.com would have been a bit more au fait with the courtesies of giving a link back! Anyway, it's still a good usage.
